RETURN POLICY
All items are 100% guaranteed for replacement due to manufacturers defect. Personalized or items with a logo may not be returned due to misspellings or errors caused by misinformation from the customer. All Apparel items ordered without a logo may be returned for full credit. All personalized Promotional items with a logo may not be returned/exchanged. All returnable items (only non-logo apparel) must be sent back and received in the same good condition as they were originally shipped. Items may not be returned if it has been laundered. To return an item, please send the item in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip to:

We do not reveal all digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
